Jiffy Doctor, LLP has a no-refunds policy. In the event you need to postpone the process for whatever reason, you may do so by contacting us at clientservice@jiffydoctor.com or by reaching out to a representative that will be in contact via email after payment is received. When you pay for our service, it does not have an expiration date so you may use it any time.  You must reply to our intake email and let us know if you are using the paid service at a later date so that we can note your file. Please respond when you receive our communications.  Please acknowledge that you understand that we have a no-refunds policy and that you will be able to receive a refund or dispute payment for any reason. Please do not reschedule if you miss your appointment because you will be charged again. Please pay attention to your actual expiration date on your medical card. You have 30 days to start the renewal process. OMMA gives you a grace period while you wait on your approval. We will get you back on the schedule and get you taken care of!
